Virtual Education Assessment Reporting System (VIEP)

Jeffco’s Virtual ED system is a password-protected, web-based resource that provides data and tools for administrators and teachers in all Jeffco schools. Virtual ED contains assessment data, IEP records, and many other resources.

How to find Virtual ED:

• Go to the Employee Connections page
• Click on Assessment and Research in the second column from left, under Instruction
• Click on Assessment in the upper right
• Choose Login under Virtual EDucation

• Follow instructions above
• Sign in with user ID: xxxxxx, and password: xxxxxx
• Scroll down and look on the left to find People under the heading of User Manager
• Click on People and type in the last name of the user, then choose his school name
• Click on the blue Apply button
• Select the user and click on User Name
• (If the user is not listed but the caller feels he should have access, have him call Joan Woffard at 2-0839 to get set up)
• Type a password into the New Password box and re-type it in the Confirm Password box
• Click on the blue Save button
