If the user can not remember his e-mail address or his password:
  1. From Employee Connections, choose Secretaries under Communities in the left hand column.
  2. Choose Job Requisition, Approval/Selection RW8.8 from the center column.
  3. Or click here to link to the sign on page.
  4. Sign in with your user id and password
  5. From the menu, select Reporting Tools/Query/Query Viewer
  6. Type a J in find an existing query and click on Search.
  7. Select JCS_APP_OPRID from the list of results.
  8. Type in the last name of the applicant.
  9. If the application has been submitted, it will bring up the applicant's e-mail address.
  10. Have the user click through to the External Applicant screen and scroll to bottom. Have him enter his e-mail address and click on "I forgot my password."
  11. An e-mail containing a new password will be sent to the email account listed.
  12. If you do not see the user via this query, then he has not properly submitted the application and will have to begin again.
