External Applicants
If the user can not remember his e-mail address or
his password:
- From Employee Connections, choose Secretaries under
Communities in the left hand column.
- Choose Job Requisition, Approval/Selection RW8.8
from the center column.
- Or click
here to link to the sign on page.
- Sign in with your user id and password
- From the menu, select Reporting Tools/Query/Query
Viewer
- Type a J in find an existing query and click on
Search.
- Select JCS_APP_OPRID from the list of results.
- Type in the last name of the applicant.
- If the application has been submitted, it will bring
up the applicant's e-mail address.
- Have the user click through to the External Applicant
screen and scroll to bottom. Have him enter his e-mail
address and click on "I forgot my password."
- An e-mail containing a new password will be sent
to the email account listed.
- If you do not see the user via this query, then
he has not properly submitted the application and
will have to begin again.
