SCM Methodology for IT Professionals
Students learn SCM process and methods for success from a technical perspective. Lecture and interactive dialog, tool independent.

SCM Implementation Success
Students learn how to successfully implement an SCM solution based on four phases: Assessment, Infrastructure, Deployment, and Client Hand-Off. The Implementation Maturity Model, as well as tactics and tools for management of the implementation process, are covered. Lecture and interactive dialog, tool independent.

SCM Consulting 101
Students learn how to successfully deliver a complete, enterprise-wide SCM solution. Topics include SCM project management, expectation management, adapting to management styles and personalities, risk planning, managing project change, adjusting implementation for differing environments. Project Management 101
Students learn project management skills as they relate to SCM projects in a development environment. This course is taught by SCM Labs’ senior-level SCM consultants. Lecture and interactive dialog, tool independent.

Quartet User Training
Features and functions of Quartet are covered with an emphasis on its most effective use in practice. Multiple user roles are covered. Lecture and hands-on exercises.

Quartet Administrator Training
Instruction in Quartet installation and maintenance. Prepares students for success in the Quartet Administrator role. Lecture and hands-on exercises.

Computer-Based Training (CBT):
Quartet User CBT
Approximately 2 hours, self-paced. Instruction and hands-on exercises in using Quartet. Requires Internet connection, Internet Explorer browser, and access to Quartet software.

Quartet Administrator CBT
Available soon. Instruction and practice in the administrator functions of Quartet. Setting up users, permissions, configuration and security are covered.
